For peak season dates (October to March in Kerala, Goa, and Rajasthan), couples typically book 8 to 12 months ahead to secure prime palace, beach, or backwater resorts. However, we also routinely execute flawlessly planned celebrations on a 3 to 4 month timeline when venue availability allows.
How do you handle vendor selection and commercial pricing?
We operate on complete commercial transparency. Unlike traditional agency models, we take zero hidden kickbacks or vendor commissions. All supplier contracts — from venues and florists to sound, light, and artists — are billed directly to you at actuals with full itemised invoices.
What is the distinction between a venue event manager and Jaspira?
A hotel or resort event manager looks after the property: banquet timing, hotel catering, and property facilities. Jaspira represents you: we design the complete multi-day schedule, negotiate room rates, produce the custom decor and mandap architecture, coordinate out-of-town guest movements, manage external artists, and protect your budget throughout.
Can we visit venues in person before signing agreements?
Yes, absolutely. Once we narrow down the 2 to 3 best-fit options, our senior planning director arranges and accompanies you or your family on a structured recce (site inspection). We review room layouts, tasting sessions, sound cutoffs, and sun angles together.
