The Jaspira story

Jaspira began in Kochi with a simple aim: to plan weddings that feel personal to the couple and easy for their families. Today our team of more than 40 professionals plans destination weddings in Kerala, Goa, Jaipur, Udaipur and many other places.

We are led by co-founders Mr. Aljohn and Ms. Riya Peter, who bring about two decades of combined experience in weddings and events. We handle the venue, vendors, decor, guest travel and the wedding days themselves, so that you can be present for your own celebration.

Our work covers the whole wedding, from the betrothal and pre-wedding parties to the ceremony and the reception. We plan with Indian customs at the centre, and add a modern touch in decor, design and guest experience.

Mr. Aljohn

Co-founder of Jaspira Wedding Planners. His background includes a large event management company, and together with Ms. Riya Peter he brings about two decades of combined experience.

With an eye for monumental venue curation, logistical excellence, and client peace-of-mind, Aljohn leads Jaspira's operations and destination partner networks across India.

Riya leads wedding styling, thematic concepts, mandap design, and guest hospitality, ensuring every tradition and ceremony feels intimate, opulent, and heartfelt.
